Account Suspension & Termination
Chef Music Records may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use, the Studio Policies, the Artist Portal Policies, the Recording Hours Policy, the Artist Vault Membership Policy, or the Artist Content & Upload Agreement, or applicable law. Forfeited Hours, session deposits, and membership fees resulting from a policy violation are not refundable.
Hours, Booking, and Payments
Recording Hours, sessions, and purchases are governed by the Recording Hours Policy and Studio Policies. Hours expire 90 days after the most recent Hour purchase, promotional addition, or admin adjustment, and are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and have no cash value. By purchasing Hours or booking a session you agree to those policies.
Artist Vault Membership
The optional Artist Vault Membership is governed by the Artist Vault Membership Policy. Membership is billed monthly, renews automatically until cancelled, and grants extended file retention and additional benefits that may change over time. Membership does not grant ownership rights in Chef Music Records.
File Storage & Delivery
All files delivered through the Artist Portal are subject to the File Storage & Delivery Policy. Free Artist Accounts retain files for 90 days; Artist Vault Members retain files while membership is active. Artists are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.
Intellectual Property
The Chef Music Records name, logo, website design, Artist Portal interface, written content, and brand assets are owned by Chef Music Records and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Artists retain ownership of their own uploaded content as described in the Artist Content & Upload Agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chef Music Records, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliated studios are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost profits, lost music opportunities, lost data, lost files, equipment failure, third-party services, or interruptions to the website, Artist Portal, or studio operations. Chef Music Records’ total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Chef Music Records in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
