Artist Portal Policies.
Rules and responsibilities that apply to every artist using the Chef Music Records Artist Portal.

The Chef Music Records Artist Portal is the home for an artist’s recording Hours, sessions, deliverables, and Vault Membership. These policies summarize how the Artist Portal works and link to the detailed policies that govern each part of it.
Accounts
- One Artist Portal account per artist. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
- You must provide accurate contact and artist information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Hours System
- Hours are purchased in the Artist Portal and used to book recording sessions.
- Hours expire 90 days after the most recent Hour purchase, promotional Hour addition, or admin Hour adjustment.
- Any qualifying transaction resets the expiration date for the entire account Hour balance.
- Hours are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and have no cash value.
- Booked time equals used time. Hours are forfeited for cancellations within 24 hours of a session.

Booking & Sessions
- Sessions are booked through the Artist Portal subject to studio availability.
- Cancellations, reschedules, late arrivals, and no-shows are governed by the Studio Policies.
- Session files are delivered through the Artist Portal under the File Storage & Delivery Policy.
File Storage
- Free Artist Accounts: files remain available for 90 days, may be archived afterward, and may be permanently deleted 30 days after archival.
- Artist Vault Members: files remain available while membership is active.
- Artists are responsible for downloading delivered files and keeping their own backups.

Artist Vault Membership
- Artist Vault Membership is an optional monthly subscription with extended file retention and additional benefits.
- Membership is billed monthly and renews until cancelled.
- Membership benefits may change over time.
- Cancellation may affect file retention privileges.

Uploads & Content
All uploads to the Artist Portal — including reference tracks, vocals, instrumentals, lyrics, and artwork — are subject to the Artist Content & Upload Agreement and the Terms of Use.
Suspension & Termination
Chef Music Records may suspend, restrict, or terminate any Artist Portal account that violates these policies, the Terms of Use, the Studio Policies, or the Artist Content & Upload Agreement. Forfeited Hours and membership fees resulting from a policy violation are not refundable.
