Artist Vault Membership.
Terms governing the optional Artist Vault Membership in the Chef Music Records Artist Portal.

Artist Vault Membership is an optional paid subscription that unlocks extended file retention, project organization, and additional member benefits inside the Artist Portal. This policy explains how the membership works.
Billing
- Membership is billed monthly through our secure third-party payment provider.
- Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- Membership fees are nonrefundable except where required by law.
Benefits
- Extended file retention — session files remain available while the membership is active.
- Additional member benefits as offered from time to time (priority notifications, special offers, project archival tools).
- Membership benefits may change, expand, or be discontinued over time at Chef Music Records' discretion.
Ownership
Membership grants the artist access to features and storage of their own uploaded and delivered files. Membership does not grant ownership rights, equity, or any other interest in Chef Music Records, its catalog, or its artists.
Cancellation
- Members may cancel at any time through the membership portal.
- Membership remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.
- Cancellation of membership may affect file retention privileges — files retained under the membership may revert to the Free Artist Account retention schedule and become subject to archival and deletion under the File Storage & Delivery Policy.
Suspension & Termination
Chef Music Records may suspend or terminate a membership for violations of the Terms of Use, Studio Policies, Artist Content & Upload Agreement, or for chargebacks or unpaid balances. Forfeited membership fees are nonrefundable.
Program Changes
Chef Music Records may change the monthly price, included benefits, or structure of the Artist Vault Membership. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance, and members may cancel if they do not agree to the changes.
