Cancellation / Rescheduling

You may cancel or request to reschedule your session at any time for any reason. To retain your session time, rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, your payment is nonrefundable and the session time will be forfeited.
